Pricing Includes:
- Two night, three day hunt with all food, lodging, and full use of our facilities.
- No hunt fee is charged if you harvest an animal. Only the animal fee is paid. THERE IS NO HUNT FEE IN ADDITION TO THE TROPHY FEE AS THERE IS AT MOST RANCHES. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. The only charges not included in the animal price are 6.75% sales tax and tips for guides and staff.
- Free round-trip transportation from Waco Regional, DFW, Dallas Love, Houston Bush Intercontinental, or Austin Bergstrom airports to the lodge
- 6 fantastic home-cooked Texas meals, including a Texas-sized ribeye dinner cooked over an open fire
- Personal guide for each hunter
- Free use of our rifle and ammo, as available. Please let us know in advance so we can have your gun of choice ready for you.
- Phenomenal bass fishing in our 10-acre lake
- All animals are dressed and delivered to our local taxidermist and meat processor. Once finished, we will deliver your meat and mount anywhere in Texas for free. Call to discuss pricing and options for other locations. If we have multiple mounts going to a given region of the country, we will often personally deliver them all for free.
- Access to a cloud folder containing pictures and videos of your hunt

We are happy to cater to your special needs. Just ask! We take up to only six guests at a time – allowing for low hunting pressure on the ranch and world-class personalized service to our guests! When you leave C5, we consider you a new friend, not just a customer, and we truly mean it! In fact, 85% of our guests return year after year, and we look forward to their return each year!
- A $1000 deposit is required per hunter to secure your reservation.
- All pricing shown on our website and other literature represents a 5% discount for cash or check from our regular pricing.
- If you choose to hunt with us and NOT harvest an animal, a $3,500 hunt fee is charged to cover our overhead. This fee is NOT charged if you harvest an animal. We have never had to charge this fee. Every hunter we have ever had has gone home with a trophy animal of the species of their choice. We guarantee the opportunity at a trophy animal. In fact, if you do not have the opportunity to harvest an animal of the species of your choice, you may come back and hunt with us again with no additional fee. This $3500 charge is simply to keep unscrupulous people from using us as free lodging and food with no intention to harvest, since food and lodging are free and only the animal fee is charged.

Trophy whitetail are priced individually. Pricing ranges from $8,500 (<180″ – class deer – mostly typical) to $19,000 based on size and look. The largest whitetail shot last year was 423″ and sold for $19,000. The smallest was a 180″ class typical that sold for the minimum.

No whitetail, regardless of size or shape, will be priced higher than $19,000 for the 2025 season. The vast majority of trophy whitetails will be priced between $9,000 and $12,000 – all inclusive.
Typical deer of a given size range will sell for slightly more than non-typicals. The more non-typical the animal in a given size range, the lower he will cost.
We have game cam photos of all known deer. Prices are estimated and given to hunters by guides prior to harvesting the animal. The price charged will NEVER be greater than the estimate given but will be lower if the deer scores lower than the estimate. If the buck scores higher than the estimate, only the estimate will be charged.

Availability
Whitetail hunts sold out early for the 2024 season, so in order to secure your spot in 2025, book your whitetail hunt now.
We still have good availability for 2025 exotic hunts. Deer species (stag, fallow, axis, sika) will drop their antlers likely in early March. We also have MANY exotic game species that never drop their horns. These include addax, scimitar-horned oryx, scimbok, gemsbok, all ram species, aoudad, red lechwe, wildebeest, and a few others.
Exotics (non-native species) can be hunted at any time of the year, so book your exotic hunt today.
Can I bring a non-hunting guest?
Absolutely! Each hunter may bring one non-hunting guest for an additional fee of only $500. This guest is still free to use the swimming pool, the bass fishing lake, and accompany the hunter on hunts.
Can you arrange transportation from other airports?
We sure can! We would be happy to personally transport our guests round trip from Waco Regional Airport, Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport, Austin Bergstrom, Dallas Love Field, or DFW Airport at no charge. Call or email for pricing and availability from other airports.
C5 Hunting
Deposit Policy
Our dates fill quickly every year. As a result, all reservations must be secured with a $1000 deposit per hunter. Dates changes can be accommodated with no loss of deposit if made outside of 4 months prior to a hunt date during the same calendar year. Date changes requested inside of this timeframe will be accommodated as available with a $500 date change charge per hunter. This charge will be returned only if the original dates are sold for the same size or larger group.
We are routinely forced to turn away otherwise paying customers due to lack of availability of their requested dates. When dates change last minute it causes us to lose important revenue that could have otherwise been realized, as well as causing other customers to miss the opportunity to hunt with us.
