At C5 Whitetails Hunting Lodge, we maintain a thriving herd of TROPHY deer. When you hunt whitetail with us, we guarantee an opportunity at a trophy animal. Each hunter is individually guided by one of our expert guides who knows the property as well as the patterns and habits of the individual animals in order to ensure the highest level of success for the hunter. If we cannot put you in a position to take a trophy animal, you can come back for another hunt on us!
Whitetail Hunting Pricing
All animal pricing is all-inclusive of 2-night lodging, food, drinks, guide services, and all ranch activities. The only items not included are taxes and staff/guide tips.
* Sales tax is 6.75% in Falls County.
** Guide and staff tips are typically 10% – 15% of total hunt price, or whatever you feel is deserved. Guides and staff work for tips only.
Pricing
Trophy whitetail are priced individually. Pricing ranges from $8,500 (<180″ – class deer – mostly typical) to $19,000 based on size and look. The largest whitetail shot last year was 423″ and sold for $19,000. The smallest was a 180″ class typical that sold for the minimum.

400″+ – $19,000
No whitetail, regardless of size or shape, will be priced higher than $19,000 for the 2024 season. The vast majority of trophy whitetails will be priced between $9,000 and $12,000 – all inclusive.
Typical deer of a given size range will sell for slightly more than non-typicals. The more non-typical the animal in a given size range, the lower he will cost.
We have game cam photos of all known deer. Prices are estimated and given to hunters by guides prior to harvesting the animal. The price charged will NEVER be greater than the estimate given but will be lower if the deer scores lower than the estimate. If the buck scores higher than the estimate, only the estimate will be charged.
FAQ
- Can I bring a non-hunting guest?
Absolutely! Each hunter may bring one non-hunting guest staying in the same room for an additional fee of only $500. This guest is still free to use the swimming pool, the bass fishing lake, and accompany the hunter on hunts.
- Can you arrange transportation from other airports?
We sure can! We would be happy to personally transport our guests round trip from Waco Regional Airport, Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport, Austin Bergstrom, Dallas Love Field, or DFW Airport at no charge. Call or email for pricing and availability from other airports.
- What is the hunting like?
We hunt from ground blinds, large, comfortable tree stands, as well as via spot-and-stalk and safari style hunting, depending on the time of year, habits of the animal being targeted, as well as the ability and desires of the hunter.
